Exchanges: Any unused prepaid phone card may be exchanged
for another prepaid phone card of equal or lesser value.
Refunds: Any unused prepaid phone card may be returned
for a full refund less a 10% processing fee within three (3) days from date
of purchase. Partially used phone cards may be returned for a refund equal
to the dollar amount remaining on the phone card less a 10% processing fee,
only if the amount remaining is more than 80% of the original value of the
card. An explanation of the reason the phone card is being returned must
accompany the refund request.
BigPhoneCards.com's Return Policy for refunds may be changed at a later
date. Any and all changes will be posted on this site.
